The purpose of this survey is to create a research panel of key people for the User Researchers on IDS to engage with in upcoming rounds of research to ensure success of the programme.

Filling in this survey does not mean you are guaranteed or committed to participate in any research. Your consent is fully voluntary and you can withdraw at any time.

Should you be contacted by a User Researcher, you will be sent detailed information outlining what participation in any user research activity is likely to involve.

Your responses from this survey will be treated as confidential and will be held securely in line with GDPR. This data will only be visible to the User Researchers on IDS.
